Ms. Bachelder became CEO of AFC in November 2007, leading 1900+ Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants around the globe. She has been a board member at AFC Enterprises since November 2006 and at True Value Corporation since July 2006. From 2001 to 2003, she was the president and chief concept officer for KFC Corporation in Louisville, KY. From 1995 to 2000, Ms. Bachelder served as vice president, Marketing and Product Development for Domino’s Pizza, Inc. During her tenure, she was the brand architect responsible for contemporizing the restaurant chain and delivering steady same-store sales growth for five years across 5,400 units.

Prior to her restaurant experience, Ms. Bachelder served as general manager of the LifeSavers Division of RJR Nabisco. Her early career years included brand management roles at The Gillette Company and The Procter & Gamble Company.

Ms. Bachelder holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

She serves on the Advisory Board of His Church at Work, an organization that helps churches develop a thriving Work-Life ministry. She serves Campus Crusade as a mentor to senior leaders. She is Board Secretary for Crossroads Farm, a ministry for rural teens in Southern Michigan.

Ms. Bachelder is married to Chris Bachelder. They are the proud parents of three daughters.

Spencer Tillman is a former NFL player for the Houston Oilers (1987-88 and 1992-94) and the San Francisco 49ers (1989-91) and has won a Super Bowl. He has also served as a team captain, sports broadcaster for CBS’ College Football Today, NFL Sunday Ticket, WABC-TV New York, KPRC-TV Houston, TX and Fox Sports Net. Tillman has spoken for organizations such as BMW of North America, Sears, and the NCAA. He has authored op-ed pieces for the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, Houston Chronicle, London Times and several other notable periodicals. Tillman holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications and Journalism from Oklahoma University. His beautiful family consists of his wife, Rita, and four daughters.
